Warehousing facilities

Colony Foods has a warehousing agreement with MHKTS in Ras al Khor, Dubai. The outsourced model is most efficient for Colony Foods as it enables us to avail best in class facilities with the option to scale up or change the mix of facilities as our product portfolio evolves.

MHKTS has a state of the art cold store warehouse for all kinds of food products with 5000 pallet positions under controlled temperatures ranging from +10 to -20 degrees celsius.

Energy being the major cost component of this project; the plant will be operated on an Ammonia based refrigerant thus rendering it to be the most efficiently and economically managed Cold Store. The facility offers the most up to date technology platform for warehouse management, stock controls, 24/7 monitoring of temperatures and CCTV for ensuring security in the premises.

The MHKTS warehousing facilities are ideally located at Ras Al Khor Industrial zone covering 80,000 square feet of space in the Dubai/Sharjah corridor.
